By using S.H.I.T. (Student Helper Integrated Tool), you agree to the following terms. We'll keep it readable—no lawyer-speak, we promise.
Use this application at your own risk. The attendance projections and "Can Miss" calculations provided by S.H.I.T. are mathematical estimates based on user input. We disclaim all liability for academic consequences resulting from reliance on these figures.
Translation:
If the app says you have 80% attendance but your university records say 74%, the university is right. We are not responsible if you get detained for bunking too many classes.
S.H.I.T. is provided as a Licensed Application.
Evaluation License
You are granted a free, non-exclusive license to use all features for 5 calendar days or 15 data entries, whichever expires first.
Pro License
Continued use beyond the Evaluation License requires purchasing a SHIT Pro subscription.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed to your App Store account and auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the period end. We have server bills to pay, too.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to exploit the application's source code.

By downloading, installing, or using S.H.I.T., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application and discontinue use.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
